We're Jethro and Heidi. We build and run our own websites, plus the Facebook and Instagram accounts that send them visitors.

We tried every host and page builder going, then moved our sites onto ones we built ourselves. We do every job ourselves and outsource nothing.

Now we run the same checks on other people's sites and tell them what to fix first.

Before you book

Questions

Will you fix the problems you find?

No. The audit tells you what’s wrong and what to fix first. Most people work through the list themselves. If you want help with it, book a call.

Will this get me to the top of Google?

No, and be wary of anyone who promises that. The audit finds what stops Google finding, understanding or trusting your site, and tells you which to fix first. Your rankings after that depend on your market and what you do next.

What if I change my mind?

You have 14 days from buying to withdraw, without giving a reason.

  • Before we start, you get everything back.
  • After we start, you pay for the part already done and we refund the rest.
  • Once the service is delivered (the call has happened, the audit is in your inbox, the release has gone out, the site is live), you can’t withdraw, because you asked us at checkout to start straight away.

Each service’s terms page says exactly when we start and when it counts as delivered. To withdraw, use our withdrawal page or email us. If something we delivered isn’t what we described, tell us and we’ll put it right.

Who actually does the work?

Jethro and Heidi. Nobody else works on it and we outsource nothing. We build and run our own websites, and that experience is what you’re paying for.
