When we started building sites, we tried every popular host and page builder going. We switched providers more than once, cycled through WordPress builders, themes and plugins, and burned real money finding out what didn't work.
The first site we moved onto something we'd built ourselves, hosted on Vercel, we had no idea how well it would do. Migrating the rest took years, mostly because of how much content each one had built up, and we learned plenty of expensive lessons along the way. Now we can move a site in days, not years.
We only teach ways to use AI that hold up against Google's own guidelines: no programmatic SEO, no mass content scaling, nothing that puts a site at risk. You're still the best judge of what belongs on your page, and that's exactly what BuiltWithSkills is here to teach: how to use AI to do more with less, without cutting the corners that get sites penalised.
Heidi runs the business day to day, and Jethro handles the tech and AI side of it in his spare time, since he still holds a senior role at another company.
