What you need to know
We're Jethro and Heidi. We build and run our own websites, plus the Facebook and Instagram accounts that send them visitors.
We tried every host and page builder going, then moved our sites onto ones we built ourselves. We do every job ourselves and outsource nothing.
Now we do the same work for other businesses, at fixed prices.

Which one should I pick?
Go by where you are.
- No site yet, and you don’t want to build it: the done-for-you website.
- A live site that Google isn’t showing: the website audit.
- Just launched: the press release.
- Stuck on something, or still deciding: the one-hour call.
If none of those fits, book the call and we’ll tell you what we’d do in your place.
Can I just do all of this myself?
Yes. Everything we teach is in Pro, including Website in a Week, the course that takes you from nothing to a live website. Pay us when you want part of it done for you, or checked by people who’ve done it before.
How do I pay?
For the audit, the call and the press release, click Buy now on the service page and pay by card through Stripe. We email you within a working day to get started.
Spanish or EU business? Contact us for an invoice instead.
The done-for-you website works differently. Fill out the application and we reply within a working day. We only take payment once we’ve talked through what you want and agreed to go ahead.
Rather ask first? Send us your questions with the form on each service page, and we charge nothing until you’ve agreed to go ahead.
What if I change my mind?
You have 14 days from buying to withdraw, without giving a reason.
- Before we start, you get everything back.
- After we start, you pay for the part already done and we refund the rest.
- Once the service is delivered (the call has happened, the audit is in your inbox, the release has gone out, the site is live), you can’t withdraw, because you asked us at checkout to start straight away.
Each service’s terms page says exactly when we start and when it counts as delivered. To withdraw, use our withdrawal page or email us. If something we delivered isn’t what we described, tell us and we’ll put it right.
Who actually does the work?
Jethro and Heidi. Nobody else works on it and we outsource nothing. We build and run our own websites, and that experience is what you’re paying for.
