Questions
What can we talk about?
Anything to do with your website and getting it found: what to build, which tools to use, why Google isn’t showing your pages, or how to get visitors from Facebook and Instagram. Put your topic in the form so we come prepared.
Will you fix things for me on the call?
No. The call is advice, and you leave knowing what to do and in what order. If you need hands-on work, we’ll tell you which of our services fits, or whether you’re better off doing it yourself.
What if I change my mind?
You have 14 days from buying to withdraw, without giving a reason.
- Before we start, you get everything back.
- After we start, you pay for the part already done and we refund the rest.
- Once the service is delivered (the call has happened, the audit is in your inbox, the release has gone out, the site is live), you can’t withdraw, because you asked us at checkout to start straight away.
Each service’s terms page says exactly when we start and when it counts as delivered. To withdraw, use our withdrawal page or email us. If something we delivered isn’t what we described, tell us and we’ll put it right.
Who actually does the work?
Jethro and Heidi. Nobody else works on it and we outsource nothing. We build and run our own websites, and that experience is what you’re paying for.
