1. Purpose and incorporation into the Terms

This earnings disclaimer ("Disclaimer") governs every statement, whether made on the website located at https://www.builtwithskills.com (the "Website"), within the community operated on the Circle platform (the "Community"), or in the course of any coaching or done-for-you Service provided by Mr. Jethro Pickering and Ms. Heidi Hein, trading as Built With Skills ("we" or "us"), concerning income, revenue, search engine ranking, or any other measurable result. This Disclaimer is incorporated by reference into, and forms part of, our terms of service.

2. No guarantee of earnings or results

Where we refer to our own commercial experience, including the statement that income generated from websites and social media accounts operated by us has replaced Ms. Hein's income from prior employment, that statement describes the documented experience of two specific individuals over a specific period. Any numerical figure we publish is one we are able to evidence; where we cannot evidence a figure, none is published.

Such testimonials are illustrative of individual experience only and do not constitute a representative sample of the results obtained, or likely to be obtained, by users of the Website, members of the Community, or recipients of any Service generally. Most participants in any comparable educational or coaching programme do not implement the material provided to them, and would accordingly not be expected to obtain a comparable result.

5. Done-for-you services

Where we perform work on your behalf under a done-for-you engagement, our obligation is to perform that work with reasonable skill and care and in accordance with the scope agreed for that engagement. We do not warrant the commercial outcome of that work. Search engine ranking, traffic, audience growth, and revenue depend on factors beyond our control, including your market, your existing digital presence, the conduct of competitors, and changes made by third-party platforms, and are not guaranteed under any Service we provide.
