Done-for-you website: what you get

1. The service

We design and build your website, launch it on your own domain and hand it over, with every account in your name. We take on a build only after an application and a requirements call, and the price is paid only once we have agreed to go ahead.

Price: €1,479 one-off, incl. VAT. Prices include Spanish VAT.

2. What you get

• A 1-hour requirements call before we build anything
• Your website, designed and built by the two of us
• Google Search Console set up and connected
• Full handover to your own domain and hosting accounts
• We show you how to edit and update the site yourself, with VS Code and the Claude plugin or the Claude desktop app

Included: 1 year of Pro included. Pro is the community: our full courses, a Pro-only space and help from us after launch. It normally costs €970 a year.

Optional, and not part of the price unless the scope says so:

• A 1-hour session after handover, to set up your editing environment or answer your questions

3. What is not included

• Domain and hosting fees, which you pay in your own name
• A paid plan for the tools you edit the site with, such as Claude, if you choose one
• Logo or brand identity design
• Stock photos or licensed images

Anything not listed under “What you get” is not part of the service. If you need it, ask us and we will tell you whether we can do it and what it would cost.

4. What we do

1. We read your application and reply, usually within a working day. If it is not a fit, we say so and point you somewhere better.
2. We hold a one-hour requirements call about your business, your customers and what the site has to do.
3. After the call we send you the project scope in writing: what will be built, the timeline, the number of revision rounds and the start of your included year of Pro. You are not charged until you have agreed to it.
4. We design and build the site. You see it and approve it before it goes live.
5. We launch it on your domain, connect it to Google Search Console and hand everything over.

5. What we need from you

• An hour for the requirements call and straight answers about your business.
• Your text, logo, colours and photos, where you have them, and the rights to use them.
• A domain and hosting in your own name. If you do not have a domain yet, we help you register one in your name. You pay the registrar and the host directly.
• Feedback and approvals in good time, because the timeline depends on them.

If you do not give us what we need, we may not be able to deliver the service as described, and the timing moves with it.

6. Delivery

• The timeline is set out in the written project scope we send after the requirements call.
• The site goes live only after you have approved it.
• At handover you receive control of the site, the domain and hosting accounts and the Search Console connection, all in your name.
• At handover we show you how to edit and update the site yourself (see “Looking after the site yourself” below).

7. The written project scope is the agreement

The website service page, the general terms and the written project scope together make up the contract for your build. If they differ, the written project scope applies for that build, then these pages, then the general terms.

Work outside the agreed scope (extra pages, new features, extra revision rounds, a shop or a custom application) is quoted separately and only starts once you accept the quote.

8. Payment

The price is the one shown on the service page and includes VAT. It is paid in full, in one payment, before we start work.

We send you a payment link once you have agreed to the written project scope, and we start once it is paid. A consumer’s statutory right of withdrawal is explained in the general terms.

9. Ownership

When you have paid in full, the site we built for you, and the text and design made specially for it, are yours. Our own templates, tools and methods stay ours, and you may use them as part of your site. Fonts, plugins, open-source code and images made by others stay under their own licences, which we tell you about where they matter.

Until you have paid in full we keep the right to withhold the handover. We will not publish your name, site or results as an example of our work without asking you first.

10. If the project stalls

If we are waiting for material or feedback from you and you do not respond despite reminders, the timeline moves. If it stays stalled for a long time, we may close the project after reasonable written notice. Work already done remains payable, and everything built so far is handed over once it is paid for.

11. Looking after the site yourself

Your site is built in code and hosted on your own account. It is not a page builder, and there is no drag-and-drop editor.

You edit it in code, usually by asking an AI assistant to make the change, and we teach you how: with VS Code and the Claude plugin, or with the Claude desktop app. If you would rather use a different tool, tell us and we will help you with it.

Those tools need your own accounts. Claude has free and paid plans, and editing a site comfortably usually needs a paid one. Any plan you choose is yours to pay for and is not included in the price.

12. Your included year of Pro

The build includes a year of Pro, our paid membership, described in section 6 of the general terms for paid services. It starts on the date in your written project scope.

Your included year does not renew on its own and we do not take a card for it. When it ends you can carry on by subscribing to Pro, monthly or yearly, at the price at that time. Nothing is charged unless you subscribe.

13. After handover

You can change the site, move it or stop working with us whenever you like. Hosting, domain and third-party tool fees stay with you. We are not responsible for changes made to the site by you or anyone else after handover, or for problems at a third-party provider.

The optional hour after handover is arranged and priced as set out in the written project scope.

14. Withdrawal, refunds and questions

For this service, we start when we begin design work, after you have paid. The application and the requirements call before that are free and are not part of the contract.

It is delivered when the site is live on your domain and handed over to you.

As a consumer you can withdraw within fourteen days of buying. Before we start, you get everything back. After we start, you pay for the part already done and we refund the rest.

Once the service is delivered you can no longer withdraw, because you asked us at checkout to start straight away. The full rules are in the general terms for paid services, and you can withdraw on our withdrawal page.
