A live site on your own domain: a homepage, your core pages, and your top-level service pages, built from your answers to the questionnaire, not a generic template with your name dropped in. Alongside it, an architecture blueprint: a map of what to add next as the site grows, so the first version is a foundation, not a dead end.

We also handle the setup that trips people up when they do it alone: deploying to Vercel, pointing your DNS correctly, and getting Google Search Console and Google Analytics verified and running from day one.

We do. The full questionnaire you get once you’re booked in is built to get your business, your offer and your own voice out of your head and onto the page, and we write the first draft of every page from those answers. You read it before it goes live and tell us what’s wrong, rather than starting from a blank screen yourself.

If you’d rather write it yourself, or already have copy you want used, tell us in the questionnaire and we’ll build around it instead.

Before we build anything, we agree the blueprint with you: the pages, the structure, and what each one is for. We build to that, then walk you through it before handover and fix anything that doesn’t match what was agreed.

This isn’t an open-ended design service you can send back and forth indefinitely: it’s a scoped build against a plan you signed off on. If what you actually want turns out to be a different plan entirely, that’s a new engagement, not a revision.

Two separate things are happening. Pro, our ongoing tier for scaling what Built gets you live, is still being built. Its current price, €987 for a year, is already 50% off for taking it while that’s true; there’s no separate “full price” to compare it against yet.

Committing to that year of Pro alongside Built is what drops Built’s own price from €497 to €248.50. It’s a discount on Built for taking Pro now, not the other way around: taking Pro doesn’t itself get cheaper, and Built alone stays at €497.

You’re never required to take Pro to buy Built. If you’d rather decide later, take Built on its own and you’ll pay whatever Pro costs when you’re actually ready for it.

Cancel before we start your intake questionnaire and it’s a full refund, no questions. Once we’ve started building against your answers, it’s non-refundable, the same as any commissioned work, except where a mandatory consumer withdrawal right under EU or UK law says otherwise. No. Tell us in the questionnaire and we’ll walk you through picking and buying one before we start building. The domain itself stays registered in your name, on your own account: we set it up, we don’t hold it.

If you already own one, we just need access to point the DNS at your new site.
